Welcome to the wonderful fall weekend go-kon dating event! Though typically karaoke is a rather intimate affair, Oshitari rented out a larger room to accommodate the crowd. There’s an open bar area with snacks and soft drinks; a few high tops surround it, dotting the way toward some of the comfier couches that frame the small stage. Around the stage the room is dimly lit, illuminated mostly by a few low lamps and flittering disco lights. The snacks, however, are perfectly illuminated.

Whether or not you put yourself on Oshitari's list, you can show up. Either you're someones plus one or you PM'd Oshitari last minute.

(ooc: (1) While there will be NPC characters there, keep in mind that they're all friends of friends. As such, they're all perfectly nice people who would not take advantage of anyone. Use them as you see fit.
(2) While I know there are large drinks being offered for free, please do not get your character dangerously drunk. Intoxicated and a little sloppy is fine, but please no hospitalization/extreme illness. Keep it fun!)

Kenma fidgeted with the hem of his shirt as he stared at the list of planned duets. "Momoi...?"

He thought maybe he had heard the name around, but was sure he had never met the person. "Who...?"

"That would be me." the pink haired basketball manager waved to him with a smile as she noticed the boy looking around. "I take it you're Kenma-kun then?" She had to admit she didn't know much about him either so it was no surprise they were both hesitant at first.

"I don't believe we've ever had the chance to meet before. I'm a first year at Hosei and the basketball team manager."

Kenma blinked at the girl who'd spoken, shifting a little out of shyness. He hated the whole "meeting new people" thing. It was always so awkward.

"Ah. Yeah. Kozume Kenma. I study at Togei. Second year." He thought for a moment, trying to figure out if he'd added all the relevant information. "I play volleyball."

"Volleyball, really? I've never really gotten to know anyone who plays before." she mused thoughtfully. Lucky her she had been matched up with someone completely different. "I'm sure you must know a lot of the players from the other school with all the tournaments. Though from what I gather our team isn't too strong." Momoi said with a little sigh. It wasn't too surprising considering the kinds of people she saw around campus and in her classes.
