Welcome to the wonderful fall weekend go-kon dating event! Though typically karaoke is a rather intimate affair, Oshitari rented out a larger room to accommodate the crowd. There’s an open bar area with snacks and soft drinks; a few high tops surround it, dotting the way toward some of the comfier couches that frame the small stage. Around the stage the room is dimly lit, illuminated mostly by a few low lamps and flittering disco lights. The snacks, however, are perfectly illuminated.

Whether or not you put yourself on Oshitari's list, you can show up. Either you're someones plus one or you PM'd Oshitari last minute.

(ooc: (1) While there will be NPC characters there, keep in mind that they're all friends of friends. As such, they're all perfectly nice people who would not take advantage of anyone. Use them as you see fit.
(2) While I know there are large drinks being offered for free, please do not get your character dangerously drunk. Intoxicated and a little sloppy is fine, but please no hospitalization/extreme illness. Keep it fun!)

"Of course." He accepted her compliment grandly.
Instantly within his element Atobe played Momoi and the audience with his god given gift for showmanship and flair. Letting his hands ghost above Momoi's voluptuous curves he directed her movements to match his own to absolute perfection. With a last flourish and smoldering look he fell into the final postion as the music died away only to be replaced by thundering applause and catcalls.

Momoi had to catch her breath a bit. She hadn't gotten so wrapped up in a performance in well... possibly never as far as she could remember. "You're amazing Atobe-kun." she laughed as she bowed for the crowd, winking at cute boys and girls alike in their gallery. It was a nice feeling she wasn't used to being the center of attention like this. Especially not in the presence of so many interesting people too nor accompanied by someone was wonderful as Atobe. "Thank you for everything." Perhaps it was the drink getting to her but her cheeks were as flushed as her pink hair now. It was hard not to fall back into him after the rush of fun adrenaline wore off too.

"Of course." Atobe agreed with her assessment of him with smirk and an elegant flick of is his wrist pushing his hair behind a perfectly formed ear. "But it was my absolute pleasure to share the stage with you my dear." Bowing gracefully he caught her hand and breathed a kiss over her knuckles. "Would you like to rest for a while? Maybe give some of your adoring fans the chance to earn your favour by buying you something to drink?" He straightened with a wink and offered her his arm.

She happily took it, and took a moment to tug him down ever so slightly so she could kiss his cheek. "Mm.. a rest would be nice. I am starting to feel a bit unsteady on my feet. Though I wouldn't mind being treated to anything offered by lovely fans." Momoi hummed contentedly as she moved with Atobe to go settle back down into their seats. "I can't keep you all to myself either though. You should go seek out fun of your own." His company was always delightful and she would love to keep him all to herself but then that wouldn't do for the kind of mingling atmosphere of a gokon.

"I am enjoying myself." He protested - anything else would have no only been rude but also not true. "Though I may have to see to a friend in dire straights once I know you in good hands." He smiled over at her, a soft pink lipstick smudge gracing his cheek. "Can I get you anything to tide you over until your fans have worked up the courage to approach?" How strange that young men could be so much more reticent than girls. Already there were several approaching the table with that almost predatory look he had seen more than enough of in junior high while the men were still lingering around the edges.

"Another drink would be lovely." she smiled, a bit flushed from the alcohol and all the singing. She got comfortable back on the plush seat but felt a little sad she was losing company. Momoi hoped she'd get some more soon or maybe snag another good friend to snuggle next to. There was certainly little chance anyone would get the courage to approach her so soon. Once more alcohol got flowing though who knew~ "I don't want to keep you from your friend. Best to take care of them before anything bad happens." she giggled, definitely having experience in that department too.

"I shall hurry back." Atobe decalred, giving anybody foolish enough to try an approach right away to usurp his place an icy look before disappearing toward the bar. It took longer than he would have wished but finally he re-appeared with two fruit looking colourful concotions. "I got us something virgin this round." He informed Momoi, setting the drink and himself down. "It can't hurt to avoid drinking too much." Especially since quite a few people seemed to be well past that point by now and he would hate to leave Momoi defenseless in a den of wolves.
