Welcome to the wonderful fall weekend go-kon dating event! Though typically karaoke is a rather intimate affair, Oshitari rented out a larger room to accommodate the crowd. There’s an open bar area with snacks and soft drinks; a few high tops surround it, dotting the way toward some of the comfier couches that frame the small stage. Around the stage the room is dimly lit, illuminated mostly by a few low lamps and flittering disco lights. The snacks, however, are perfectly illuminated.

Whether or not you put yourself on Oshitari's list, you can show up. Either you're someones plus one or you PM'd Oshitari last minute.

(ooc: (1) While there will be NPC characters there, keep in mind that they're all friends of friends. As such, they're all perfectly nice people who would not take advantage of anyone. Use them as you see fit.
(2) While I know there are large drinks being offered for free, please do not get your character dangerously drunk. Intoxicated and a little sloppy is fine, but please no hospitalization/extreme illness. Keep it fun!)

Kuroo had arrived fashionably (he wished) late. Spotting an interesting game right off the bat, he came over and rolled a 5. "Hm." Amused, a smirk formed on his lips.

He wasn't bad at handling his liquor, but sharing is caring! So, instead of drinking straight of the bottle, he poured it into a glass the moment he found a space to sit. Without realising, he had downed a glass as he was doing his people-watch.

That made his attention shift to the bottle, though. "Wow, this is pretty good."

An had also arrived late but 15 minutes really isn't all to much. Could you even considerate fashionably late? She hadn't started drinking mainly because she was at odd with the fact that last Saturdays events had produced a hang over but when She saw Kuroo down an entire glass of champagne, she sniffed and shook her head. It was time to steer him on the right path.

Poking the taller boy's side she gave him a playful grin, "You do realize if you start drinking like that you'll lose all your neurons right?"

Probably too absorbed in the drink, Kuroo didn't realise the girl on his side. "An-san!" he laughed slightly at her comment. "I will drink moderately, really! Do you want to join me? Moderately?" He held out a glass towards her.

Taking the glass she held it out for him to fill. A little champagne wasn't going to hurt. " Yes please~ Just in case if you do go a little over I'll have to find someone to carry you home. I'm not the best candidate to carry you on my back."

"Oh, so dependable!" Kuroo grinned happily as he carefully poured her a glass. "I would prefer An-san's piggyback, though," he made an annoying pouty face, in a joking manner.

She rolled her eyes with a smile before taking a sip from the glass. An didn't know much about champagne nor did she really care for it but it tasted pretty good to her. " I think you just want me to end up squished under all your weight."

Kuroo poured himself another glass, sipping it in a slower pace this time. He chuckled at An's comment. "I do, I do!" Talking to her had always been fun to Kuroo, it was light and enjoyable - they got along pretty well, he found. "How do you like the champagne, young miss?" using a tone like those of a butler's, he asked.

"That's rude." She scoffed. Picturing herself trying to take Kuroo home was hilarious. An was glad to have a classmate that she got along with, Kuroo was quite the character.

An looked at him for a moment and took a sip slowly. She could humor him, "Of it's quite delicate on the palette. Good selection."

Such a good balance they had, Kuroo thought. He liked that An wasn't overly sensitive and would let jokes slide, or kick his ass sometimes.

Still doing the butler act, he bowed slightly with one hand on his chest, eyeing An right on her eyes. "My greatest pleasure to be of service, beautiful miss."

Couldn't hold it back anymore, he broke into a laughter. "I wasn't half bad, was I?"

An put a hand to her mouth and diverted her eyes away from his stare. " Oh you'll make blush like that."

When Kuroo laughed she ended up laughing herself. "No, you weren't. I think you should join drama instead of playing volleyball."

"Would I?" Kuroo chuckled.

He grimaced exaggeratedly at her comment right after, though. "Now that's rude, I was a captain in my high school volleyball team, okay?" He didn't at all sound offended though, maybe more of a bitchy neighborhood auntie, the character he liked to play from time to time.

She took another sip from her glass and ignored his acting, "Who say you can't do both? Be a dramatic volleyball player. Captain-san." She said matter of factly.

Raising his eyebrows, Kuroo grinned. "You're right, I could do that!" With that, he chugged down his second glass, made a satisfied noise before pouring another one. "Would you like some more?"

"If it makes you happy..Go on right ahead." An said blinking slowly she watched Kuroo drink his glass empty. She sighed and shook her head. "I see you didn't not take my advice, Kuroo-kun."

"Hmmm?" Kuroo would say he still had a good grasp on himself, but no one could deny he was a lot chipper than usual. Drinking, when done moderately, always made him feel good after all.

He also might be a little (or very) annoying. "Then stop me, An-saaaan," he said in a spoiled brat kind of tone, leaning towards An a little before laughing it off. "Don't worry, this is my last glass."

Kuroo could act like a giant kid when he wanted to be. Good thing An had the patience to deal with it. When he leaned towards her she put a hand up and pinched his nose. " You are a big boy now, Kuroo-kun. So behave."

"Yeeees," Kuroo said with an exaggerated pouting. "An-san is so strict~~" He sipped a bit more of his champagne, leaning back to the sofa defeatedly.
