When: Saturday, February 13th. 10pm-2am
The DMDU library lights shine dimly with a spookiness that doesn't quite match the holiday. Fortunately, each pair card is placed neatly atop a flashlight and a mission pamphlet. Some of the pairs were planned while others were matched by Oshitari, the MC and organizer of the event.
The matched singles received notification of their partner, but only two hours prior to the actual evening event.
Teams:
You know who you are
Single matches:
Hitouji Yuuji-Oshitari Yuushi
Kominato Haruichi-Kise Ryouta
Niou Masaharu-Atobe Keigo
Tezuka Kunimitsu-Yukimura Seiichi
Once you rendezvous with your partner, proceed to the course. It doesn't matter which order you go in, as long as you have visit each of the ten set ups and retrieve a stamp. Use the map to navigate the large medical library from challenge table to challenge table. The first to finish will receive a glorious prize.
By the way, watch out for traps. There are trip wires everywhere, not to trip, but to trigger tiny heart glitter balls, and if you dare peek at one of the fake challenge tables (they are labeled on the map as challenges), you may find yourself locked in.
When you have completed the course to your satisfaction, you may retreat to one of the study rooms where bedding and snacks are set up for everyone to get comfortable for the night.
(ooc: Quick notes:
1. no need to play out EVERY set up. But it is to your benefit to play as many as possible
2. many of the challenges will use dice to determine a wheel spin or pulling something out of a bag)
3. if you have any questions, or you don't understand something, please message me or comment for clarification)

Date: 2016-03-06 11:32 am (UTC)He was no longer distracted by Tanaka's glances now that he focused on answering properly. Silent the whole time he did it for maybe like, 7 minutes, and now he only had one more to go. Having the habit of answering questions he knew first, he only have question no. 4 left. Hm.
An eyebrow raised as he looked at the man across him. Who? After exchanging looks between the phone and the dude for a few more times, he gave up and decided to just give a silly answer. He hoped he'd be forgiven for the other serious answers he did.
And there, posted! "Alright, I'm done. Here you go," he said, returning the phone to its owner.

Date: 2016-03-06 12:53 pm (UTC)Finally after a few last touch ups and intense stares at the screen, he finally let out a sigh of relief and hesitantly handed it over. "Okay man... there check it out hope it's sound."
1. What is your morning routine? Routine? Well I don't think it's much of a routine but believe it or not I just slip out of bed and I'm perfect and ready to go for the day! Minus a few touch ups of course.
2. If you could be any animal, which would you be and why? Hm... that's a tough one! But I'd have to save a big cat for my old school's namesake. Something sleek and cool though. Oh like a panther! Yeah definitely like a black panther. Hey I think that's a superhero too. I'd rock that for Halloween right?
3. What is your secret talent? I never have to fix my hair it just always naturally falls into the perfect place. You know I bet it's like Mickey Mouse ears too, it probably looks the same from every direction right? Perfection!
4. Which peer do you most admire and why? My main bro Koutarou of course! But if I have to be real about admiring... I gotta say Ryuunosuke-chwan's always in my eyes. I just love being around that guy he's so handsome~
5. If you were mayor for a day, what would you change about your city? Wow that's a big responsibility! I wouldn't even know where to begin. I guess I'd like to be able to take a day off and chillax though. Maybe an extra holiday every month? Or time for everyone to sleep in. Yeah that would be nice.
6. What is the most rebellious thing that you’ve ever done? Rebel? Me? Nah that was maybe in my crazy days but that's a secret... there was never anything involving crazy parties, shhh.
7. Six words to describe your outlook on life. That's a lot of words! Or maybe not enough. Hm... Good friends, good food, good times?
8. What is your ideal date? So long as I get to spend some fun quality time with that special someone, I don't care where or what we're doing. I only have eyes for that special kitty-chwan who's hand I wanna hold the whole time~
9. If you painted your nails, which color would they be? Nothing wrong with the classic red. Oh but I would like to try that fancy stuff sometime maybe with sparkles or gems? I mean really if I'm going to try I wanna go all out!
10. Your favorite pastime? Why that would be spending time with my favorite neighbors~ And volleyball of course but the two go hand in hand. Life is good~

Date: 2016-03-06 01:23 pm (UTC)Kuroo just pressed 'Post' the moment the phone was returned to him without checking, knowing how well his bro must've done. "No worries, silly. I knew you would do well!" But of course, he wanted to know what Tanaka inputted in there!
Reading through, he couldn't help but guffaw at how accurate some of the answers were. "Hey, you really do pay a lot of attention to me, don't you?" he elbowed his bro lightly. That Mickey Mouse bit was really cute, unattractive giggles left him as he read through that one. It stopped when he read the answer on number 4, though. His cheeks flushed slightly at the answer, his eyes darting from the phone to Tanaka. Did he say that aloud all the time or something? God, he wanted to bury himself. Though he'd say cute more than handsome, definitely. But this was kind of embarrassing for some reason. "Ryuuko, you're such a narcissist!" he did the elbow again, hoping to alleviate his bashfulness.
In attempt to distract himself, he continued reading and definitely, it was such a feat. Tanaka really did pay a lot of attention to him, it was really nice to know. "I love your answer to number 5 and 7," he smiled. "I'd love more holidays and sleeping in. And good friends, good food, good times is just perfect." Number 8, however, was another punch on his gut, causing him to panic a little. "Wait, what, who is this special kitty-chwan?"
Kuroo nodded at number 9 and 10. "Ooh, yeah, definitely," he muttered to himself. That was amazing how Tanaka got that as well. Oh no, no more? He felt a little sad when the scroll reached the end of it. Nevertheless, it was fulfilling. "Aw, Ryuuko. I can feel how much you care about me through this. Thank you. Read mine too," he nudged the younger, anticipating his reactions.
(ooc: What Kuroo wrote as Tanaka:
1. What is your morning routine?
Warming up my girl before riding on her.
2. If you could be any animal, which would you be and why?
Dragon. Look at my name and you'll get it, dude.
3. What is your secret talent?
Stripping in a split second. Ha, didn't know that, did you?
4. Which peer do you most admire and why?
Eh. I dunno. My bro Kuroo Tetsurou?
5. If you were mayor for a day, what would you change about your city?
Huuuuh? Making sure that them city boys don't act all tough and stupid. Like littering or intimidating people, you know what shit I'm talkin' about.
6. What is the most rebellious thing that you’ve ever done?
Underage drinking. Don't you dare tell anyone, or Imma gouge your eyes out.
7. Six words to describe your outlook on life.
Motorbikes, booze, volleyball, melon bread, bros. Melon bread is considered two words, ain't it?
8. What is your ideal date?
The hell must I tell you what's my ideal date like?! Private information, yo!
9. If you painted your nails, which color would they be?
Tch, that's gross. As if I'd paint my nails. Though I guess if I really have to, red and black?
10. Your favorite pastime?
Taking my girl on a tour.)

Date: 2016-03-25 02:30 am (UTC)"I ain't a narcissist!" he argued of course paying most attention to the negative stuff since Kuroo usually was out to get a rise from him. He gave a few shrugs at the kitty thing. "I dunno just seemed like something you'd say to try to be cool but really you have no freaking idea. It's why everyone always thinks you're this wild guy but you're just clueless." This coming from someone who was usually even more clueless about things. Well whenever they didn't concern important stuff in friends lives at least it went over his head.
His cheeks flushed ever so slightly at all the praise he definitely wasn't used to it unless the guy was looking to pick a fight with him. "Yeah well... lived with you next door for two years now so I better know you this much at least." He rubbed his nose shyly and then pulled up his phone to take a peek. Tanaka was feeling pretty great already with all the encouragement from his friend.
Needless to say his read through was a lot faster and for a moment he pondered how different they both were. But he was really touched by how Kuroo who was always a longwinded person had caught the simple essence of him. Even if some of it made him feel a little dumb for a moment but they were still pretty true.
"Yo man... I mean... uh... Tetsuko this is really great. Thanks." Tanaka murmured shyly again not sure why he was blushing so much over it. He could just really feel that strong bond of friendship and how well they knew each other. Perhaps it was something easily taken for granted and this whole game was definitely showing it. He wrapped an arm around Kuroo's shoulder and brought him close.
"These are real good.... except for that admiring you thing." he added with a smug smirk so they didn't go getting too mushy. He reached over to pat the pink wig. "Least your hair is tame now. I can admire that."

Date: 2016-04-03 04:30 pm (UTC)Being on the watcher side was refreshing. The changes in Tanaka's expressions were great, he found, as he leaned his cheek on his palm. Great, as in he might've done alright. He did have quite a bit of confidence on it, but, you know. There was always that slight insecurity. It all melted down when he saw the flush on his bro's cheeks and how meek his response was to Kuroo's answers, though. For the umpteenth time today, his heart felt really warm. The warmth definitely jumped up a notch when the surprise arm wrapping was done on his shoulder. Gosh, Tanaka, you would give him a heart attack one of these days. He managed not to do something stupid and leaned slightly towards the friend.
"Yeah," Kuroo snickered, unable to deny that. While the pat was on his wig, he could feel it still, and it was making him just a tiny bit nervous. "I just didn't know what to answer to that. What's your answer?"
