The DMDU library lights shine dimly with a spookiness that doesn't quite match the holiday. Fortunately, each pair card is placed neatly atop a flashlight and a mission pamphlet. Some of the pairs were planned while others were matched by Oshitari, the MC and organizer of the event.

The matched singles received notification of their partner, but only two hours prior to the actual evening event.

Once you rendezvous with your partner, proceed to the course. It doesn't matter which order you go in, as long as you have visit each of the ten set ups and retrieve a stamp. Use the map to navigate the large medical library from challenge table to challenge table. The first to finish will receive a glorious prize.

By the way, watch out for traps. There are trip wires everywhere, not to trip, but to trigger tiny heart glitter balls, and if you dare peek at one of the fake challenge tables (they are labeled on the map as challenges), you may find yourself locked in.

When you have completed the course to your satisfaction, you may retreat to one of the study rooms where bedding and snacks are set up for everyone to get comfortable for the night.

1. no need to play out EVERY set up. But it is to your benefit to play as many as possible

2. many of the challenges will use dice to determine a wheel spin or pulling something out of a bag)

Challenge 1:

Drink wheel! One spin per pair, drinks to be divided at the team’s discretion.

1 – Shoot the abridged rainbow! Four shots of vodka
2 – One boot of beer
3 – Four shots of espresso
4 – Your choice of any option

6 – Sake bomb

Heading straight for the drinks table Atobe didn't hesitate before spinning the wheel, sighing when the indicator stopped on the two. Beer wasn't what he had hoped for but he supposed it was better than nothing. Collecting his boot and the stamp he took a drink, doing his best to ignore his partner. The effect of Yuushi's espresso vodka wasn't going to last much longer the way things were going but hopefully the boot would tide him over.

Yuuji had been quite surprised to hear that Oshitari Yuushi would be his partner. He was almost sure that Kenya would have found that quite amusing but Yuuji wasn't all to bothered by his partner. Oshitari wasn't bad company.

Rolling the wheel it slowly landed on a one. His face turned sour. Yuuji wasn't a fan of vodka but they'd have to do it. He placed two shots closer to his partner and held the shots in each hand. He looked to Oshitari with a defeated look, "Bottoms up."

Tezuka looked at the drink wheel before giving it a light spin. He really hoped they did not get a sake bomb or scorpion bowl. He had no idea what those were but they sounded bad enough to make him dread it. As the wheel slow he nearly held his breath as the needle seemed to hover between the free choice and scorpion bowl until it landed firmly in the free choice.

He pondered the list and then looked at Yukimura. "Vodka or espresso?" Both had pros and cons but at least they we easily shareable.

This looked like fun! At least all the drink names sounded interesting. And this was the first time Gou had ever heard of most of them. She was just excited to have something fun to do on a day she never really participated in much.

"Bokuto-san would you like to spin?" she asked as she looked over the options.

Challenge 2:

Choose a book from any shelf. Write a letter to your partner and place it within the book. Return the book to the shelf.

"Oh, Makishima-san! This sounds like a fun challenge!" Excitement claimed Miki as she quickly rushed towards the bookshelves, her fingers fiddled through the book spines before finally pulling a book from the shelf. "The Odyssey..." Miki read out loud before silently giggling to herself. It was such a random book to pick out. Although she could have definitely picked a much more stranger book.

Now she just need paper and a pen! She just hoped she didn't go overboard when writing her letter to Makishima, she knew that she could be quite the long winded person.

Out of all, the first challenge that landed in Kuroo's eyes was this one, and he headed towards it without hesitation. "Tanaka, look!" he called out to his partner of the day. "This one looks simple. Write a letter for me, Ryuu-kun?" Elbowing Tanaka in playful manner, he grinned.

Now which book should he choose? "Oh, but I think we should separate! So we can try finding the letters later, I think I saw an instruction that says that."

"Take these," Yukimura said, holding out a blank piece of sketchbook paper and a pen. He left Tezuka and perused the shelves for a few minutes before he located the one he wanted.

The letter was about tennis. How could it be about anything else? He tucked the paper into the middle of the book and stuck it back on the shelf. Hopefully, Tezuka would be smart enough to grab a book about flowers.

Challenge 3:

Trust exercise! Exchange journal credentials with your partner (feel free to change them immediately after) and answer the following questions as them?

1. What is your morning routine?
2. If you could be any animal, which would you be and why?
3. What is your secret talent?
4. Which peer do you most admire and why?
5. If you were mayor for a day, what would you change about your city?
6. What is the most rebellious thing that you’ve ever done?
7. Six words to describe your outlook on life.
8. What is your ideal date?
9. If you painted your nails, which color would they be?
10. Your favorite pastime?

Oooh, look at this. Kuroo grinned as he read the instructions. "Sounds fun. Should we do this?" he turned to Tanaka. "I'm pretty sure I can answer as you very well."

Challenge 4:

Swap clothes with your partner. Of course, you may keep your own underthings.

Crossing his arms over his chest, nearly empty beer boot still firmly held in his grasp Atobe levels an imperious look at both Niou and the poor person manning the challenge table. "Absolutely not." He announces, just in case the refusal radiating from every inch of him isn't obvious enough. "Ore-sama is NOT putting those clothes on. Who knows where they've been." He wrinkles his nose. "I'm not catching lice for this ridiculousness."

Challenge 5:

Pull from the challenge fish bowl!

1 – You must empty an entire paper of stickers onto members of other teams (chase them down and put stickers on their back/front/wherever). Choose your own stickers from the table (eg, cherubs, glitter hearts, tiny doraemon)
2 – The one who pulled this slip must serenade the other
3 – Sing happy birthday to someone from another team and try to convince others to join in
4 – Sabotage another team. Lock them in a closet? Explode a glitter ball on them? Post a picture of them? Get hold of the intercom and make an announcement about missing children? Get creative.
5 – Feed each other from the snack table for a total of five minutes
6 – You must post three things that you like about each other

Tezuka stared down at the fish bowl and hoping that Oshitari hadn't put anything too ridiculous inside of it reached in and pulled out a paper.

"The one who pulled this slip must serenade the other," He read. Not knowing the other options he supposed it could be worse... but he didn't think he got the easiest one either.

There were plenty of challenges that Kiyoshi could think of as he put his hand into the bowl but he had been rather surprised when he pulled out that him and Murasakibara would have to feed each other.

He chuckled as he showed the taller boy the paper, "I think you'll like this challenge."

Tanaka eyed the bowl suspiciously. First of all he wondered why there was even a fishbowl there to begin with. "The dude who made this sure went to a lot of trouble. Look at all this stuff." he blinked, fake eyelashes and all. He was surprised he hadn't rubbed them off along with all the rest of the makeup yet. But Miki had put in so much work it would be wrong to mess it up. "So... gonna pick then?" he questioned, scratching at the back of his neck not used to hair brushing against it even if it was fake.

Challenge 6:

Roll the dice to determine your costume, then get into the portable purikura as the following.

1 – Britney Spears of the 90s and Britney Spears of now
2 – Samurai
3 – Fishnet shirts with the ridiculous hat of your choice (bandeaus available for the ladies)
4 – Steampunk
5 – Visual Kei
6 – Geisha

Kise was sure he had never seen his partner before. He had a quite remarkable look, he would have remembered if they had ever crossed paths. That really was't a problem for him since meeting people was always fun one way or another. It would either be great, or completely awful, but both could be funny in the long run.

Deciding to go for Challenge 6 first, Kise picked up the dice and held it to Haruichi. "You first," he smiled.

Challenge 7:

Draw me like one of your french girls. Select an icon from your partner’s journal and redraw it to the best of your ability.

(ooc: No really, draw it. Should your character’s skill surpass yours, be a little liberal with existing fanart. If there isn’t much existing…perhaps skip this challenge, or describe the art that your character would create)

Yukimura read the challenge. His eyes lit up and he pulled out his phone, going to Tezuka's journal and finding a suitable icon then grabbing his sketchbook and starting. It didn't take long before he had a decent sketch.

"Here you go, Tezuka," Yukimura said, holding up his sketchbook to show the finished product.

Challenge 8:

Trouble in paradise? Roll the dice and argue about one of the following for three minutes. Take a firm and passionate position – it doesn’t matter if that’s your true opinion. Bonus points if you post about it and get people to take your side.

1 – if your partner were a candle, what would their scent be?
2 – between the two of you, who makes the best animal voices?
3 – the greatest childhood hero (Powerpuff Girls, Anpanman, Momotaro, Super Sentai, Batman, Barney, whatever)
4 – If you cloned and had sex with yourself, would it be considered masturbation?
5 – Was Atlantis a real place?
6 – How will the world end?

Of all the choices, Yukimura only really liked number one. And that was easy. Tezuka smelled one of two ways in candle form.

"You're either unscented or some kind of mountain air scent. Like snow, pine, and musk," Yukimura stated.

Challenge 9:

You must hunt through the cardiology section. Pull out (and put back) textbooks until you find one with a riddle in it.

Challenge 10:

Find the letter that your partner wrote in the beginning. Of course, the decision to leave it in the book or not is yours.

Tezuka frowned as he read the instructions for this challenge. Perhaps they should have told each other where they had placed those letters. He turned to look at Yukimura wondering if he was thinking the same. "I regret not paying attention to what aisle you came out of earlier," He admitted. He supposed he would either start with books about tennis or about law.

His eyes had barely grown accustomed to the darkness inside the library when the door was janked open again, allowing a brief glimpse of stacks of paper towels, printing paper and other supplies before a solid weight landed on top of him, making his vision go hazy for a moment. "Get off!" He snapped, trying to dislodge the new weight and scramble to his feet but before he could manage more than an uncoordinated flailing the door was already slammed shut again and the oppressing sound of the lock turning echoed through the returned darkness. "I'm going to kill Yuushi." The former Hyoutei captain informed all and sundry as he gave up his efforts for the moment, simply moving an arm so he could rest his head against it instead of the floor which was bound to be filthy. "I'm sure the judge would understand."
